it's been snowing for two days and i'm already sick of it. plus i'm freezing my nose off and need to trudge through long days of school with a bag full of coughsyrup (which i think is making me mental) and chinese herb medicine (even more so). christmas spirit? i think so!

i went to interview yelle last night before their show at B72. charming accents with interesting views on 2012, they were quite chipper despite running on less than three hours of sleep. i wore my zara jeans blazer and studded dress, marithe francois girbaud tights and h&m bag.

A simple outfit I wore to pick up some clothing from styleaut, a store featuring creations by austrian fashion designers. it has some pretty interesting pieces and is worth a look if you happen to be around the museumsquartier area. anyway, i had a photoshoot today with a boho/french theme with a girl from graz. Currently going through the photos as procrastination from the masses of school work i have piled up next to me on my desk. hope you're all having a more relaxing week!

Spent sunday afternoon visiting the Michelangelo and Picasso exhibition, and eating the most delicious hot chocolate brownie with icecream. Oh and recently, I started watching Detective Conan again - such an awesome show! I used to watch it all the time when I was smaller and was always really scared by the creepy mysterious scenes. Scientists

This is the exciting news I was telling you about! Well, it's extremely exciting for me anyway :P Before their concert at flex I was able to have a chat with Keith from We Are Scientists. Hands down the funniest guy around. I also had a little "photoshoot" with him, but you'll see all the photos in the next issue of KNEON hehe. Anyway, their live performance was AMAZING even though they were only a 3-piece band, and they sounded even better than on their record. Any WAS fans reading this? Which is your favourite song from the new record?

puffy shoulders

Bad post title aside, this dress is seriously my love. Other than the fact that I have no idea how I will stuff the sleeves under a jacket, I absolutely adore it. Interesting use of material and its so funky while still being a little black dress. I styled it minimally with few accessories, red lips, which I've yet to master drinking with, and some simple black wedges. Anyway, I have something exciting to tell you in the next post!

late summer

Really missing that end of summer, where I'd wear miniskirts with overknee socks every single day. I'd die of instant pneumonia if I tried that now. Wearing American Apparel socks, Zara skirt and H&M crop top.

shorter days

I'm quite obsessed with this little granny hat at the moment so you might be seeing it more often in future posts. Nothing much in this one, just what I wore to go to the national library last week to cram in some integration and calculus. Now I'm just too hungry to ramble on anymore - off to eat dinner! Played a little dress up the other day - really just an excuse for me to try out my new almost-black lipstick. Wearing American Apparel jacket, Zara scarf, and H&M dress/headthing/necklace.

previewing lanvin for h&m

Last night I was lucky enough to be invited to exclusive preview of the Lanvin for H&M collection, which will be out in stores on November 23rd. There were a number of elaborate cocktail gowns including some fantastically artsy accessories and this adorable puppy (okay so it was not a part of the collection, but whatever). The quality of some of the clothing was a bit disappointing, but the designs and concepts were good. Here is a massive photobomb of the evening.












I also met some other lovely Vienna-based bloggers, including Michaela of Cool Outfit and Terea of Colazione A Roma. They were simply the sweetest and made the evening a whole lot more fun. Thanks girls :)
