LFW AW12 | Day 2 | Streetstyle

I don't think I've ever seen so many impeccably/creatively dressed individuals in a concentrated amount of SQR meters. Seriously crazy, photographers running around capturing just about everything, and girls who I've only seen on blogs and the internet roaming around like exotic butterflies. I managed to snap some people, hope you like these. (Apologies for the blurriness, that second day was incredibly rainy)

Definitely the look I'll be going for throughout Spring. I have a thing for comfy pants, and this great inspiration to collect [even more] cute and shapeless pants. I'm so sick of the cold and dressing up like a gray dumpling everyday.

I fell in love with the seaside...

MARGATE PART 1 | THE SEA. It was my first time down to the British south coast and it was absolutely stunning. It was crazy cold, don't get me wrong (I think my cheeks still have bite-marks from the wind), but the sun was out and the lighting was beautiful. The best feeling was looking out and only seeing the sea, the sky and the almost indistinguishable fine line separating the two. Btw this is the very predictable soundtrack to this post.

To call this look 'layered' would be a huge understatement. You just don't understand how many tank tops I have stuffed under that sweater. But clearly a functioning weapon against wind and chill and snow. Anyway, just some selected outfit shots for now, and I'll post more travel shots soon! Hope you had a great weekeend.

February Style Inspiration

Prepare for a whole load of style inspiration. I just got back from a spontaneous excursion to Margate down by the sea with Rose, and it was the most wonderful day. We visited the Turner Contemporary, private galleries, vintage stores, typical British tea places... It was just what I needed. Some photos up soon!
